cheers stu, yeh well thats ebay for you im hoping for 9k but if it dont go up then it dont go up, im leavin it on there and somone is gonna get a bargain the cars top notch and draws crowds where ever you park it, i know it ends 4am thats cause i listed it when i got home from work one night, but hopefully judging by the amount of enquiries and a couple of genuine people i will get a bit more, I pray so because if the wife heres ive sold it for less than 9k I will be dead meat again.

I make it my trademark to loose money on cars it seems

erm there was a reserve mate, LOL and yeh 4am sucks but this car is unique and a bargain, somone will get it I know it

reserve was only 8k because the whole idea of an auction is to bid and hopefully get a bargain.

8k was the bare minimum i would sell on ebay for I wasnt gonna end the auction early for less than 9k hence it is still there because 2 timewaisters pissed me about saying they'd take it and didnt hence my note on the auction car will not be removed, money dotn matter to me, I want someone decent to get this the proper way like a ebay auction should end

It was reasonably cheap but not a lot out of the way when you consider it is a Q and the dvla think its a Sierra! If you add up what needs spending to make it perfect then you are getting into the realms of properly registered cars which will always command a higher price and be more desirable!
I had 8k for it but didn't bother bidding when i saw that someone else had already bid £8100

had the same bother trying to sell my 94 S14 200sx touring on ebay - gave a full and complete honest description, and it was worth the 1800 reserve all day long - had dreamers emailing me, a couple of people came to look and offered silly stupid low money and insulted me (no offence to anyone, but those who insulted me with offers of 1200 and the like were asian - always try to get something for nothing some of them, but it gives all asians a bad name ). in the end, the auction run and it had met its reserve, but a time waster didnt come or anything. put it back up as i was fuming for £1500 buy-it-now and 2 lads came from down south, handed the cash over and drove off - lost 300 quid on my intended sale price, but was happy to see it go.

i foooooooooooooooookin hate selling cars

Mate I hope the guy has just been a little busy and will get back to you before tomorrow. You sometimes do have to wait for people on eBay, from my own experience. But I myself am always quick to get straight in touch with the seller when I win something.

Had one coont and his feedback was -1 and for some stupid reason I allowed his bid to ride and he never got in touch so I did a second chance offer to a person who really wanted to the phone I was selling and it all worked out fortunately.

Let us know what happens mate

LOL that would make for interesting reading. Did sell a Golf Gti 8v (G reg) that was almost out of MOT but taxed til Feb, without any probs whatsoever. Only went for £150 but it needed a whole new spray job, new interior, little bit of welding on the bottom to make it decent. Had a Cat 1 TOAD in it tho. That was worth more than the car. The guy who bought it only wanted the engine and the gearbox as well. Sure it had a transplant at some stage in its life tho as it was fast as fook! It was still pulling at 110 on the motorway when we had to brake!
