Default Would you buy a car without test driving it?

Sold my astra Gsi last week on ebay, for nearly £500 more than i originally wanted, bonus. The bloke rings me and says its started misfiring. So he found out what was up with it, the gasket seal had started to wear away causing oil to drip into one of the plugs, so i offered to replace all four plugs and the gasket from vauxhall for him. Then he leaves negative and starts kicking off. The bloke never even test drove the car when he picked it up, lessen learn't, but thought what i did was more than generous especially when i spent £400 to make it right to sell.. Whats everyone opinion on this?

Never test drove either of the cossies I brought...

Or the 182 clio for that matter, or My 2 Rs Turbo's... or my VR6 golf- Karl drove that LOL

Ginge, this is true. But in my case the first car wouldn't stop in reverse and the second one the clutch was fucked. I just get all excited and say YES.
