What is the MPG if a car does 300 mile to 50 litres of fuel????

I think its 27.27 mpg but someone correct me if im wrong.

miles / gallons = MPG 300 / 11 = 27.27 mpg

fookin hell tiff did you not go to school and it's 27.24 mpg that .03 mpg is very important could be a long walk if you ran out and had no legs

you used 50 litres of feul to cover 300 miles so that is a very simple 6 miles per litre
now that you know that, you multiply it by the amount of litres in a gallon (4.54 for the uk, variations of 3-4 litres in america and other places in the world)
so you end up with 6 x 4.54 = 27.24, so that extra 0.01 of a mile might make all the difference
