Is there some kind of special way to get the cap of??? As be dammed if i can do it

hammer a nail into it, very soft metal, then pull cap off n bin it

Or drill a small hole in the side of it and then prise it out with something! At least then you can put it back to stop the shit getting in there

Cos no i got a new setup be told i can turn it down for it to run it in. As no point running the new injectors flat out while im only poddling around

Rhys, if your cars set up right the injectors shouldnt be giving too much fuel anyhow so no need to turn the pressure down to run it in or whatever

SaphyMikes comment sounds appropriate

What, so the engine spec is now different to what the chips spec is so the car would be overfueling??

Dont forget you cant just totaly pussy around for 1000miles, you wont run it in, youl just glaze up the bores...

Dont worry i know what to do,

Question has been answerd now for what i wanted lol,

But going off topic a bit the pressure regulator do some people change them to something else as i swear i have seen some cossie with out them or somthing different looking in there place.
