alrite chaps
my engine hsd been rebuilt recently and as it was out i was thinking of changing the turbo to get some more power...t34 in it atm.
engine spec.from the top of my head
200 motorsport block
long studded and coopers rung
bored out to 2.1ltr
arp head studs
knife edge crank,
wrc spec fly wheel
-34 actuator
wiseco forged pistons
stage 3 had
b10 - exhaust
bd14 - inlet
piper pulleys
full stainless with downpipe
rs500 fmic
few other bits n bobs
if im not mistaken this engine should be good for 500bhp or there abouts
what turbo can i upgrade to that will fit on a stock manifold..similarly what injectors will i need? got an ahmed bayjo chip in there..cnt rem wch one il take it out and take a pic and try and identify it asap.
also what sort of boost will i be able to run on that t34?
any help would be great

T4 with some 750cc siemens injectors you will need the eec4 st plenum cover and 2wd exhaust manifold. Then live mapped.Dont run the car unless you are certain that the chip in at present is for your engine spec.As for t34 held around 2bar,again chip dependant.

should have said its a 2wd saph cossie. so manifold wise we are good..manifold had some work on for better flow.
il get the chip out asap and confirm wch it is.
sorry eec4 st plenum cover? not too sure what that is mate.
also how much are we looking at for a t4 unit?is it fair to assume there quite laggy?
in terms of getting it mapped live an ahmed bayjoo chip wont allow that will it in which case what other options are there..

the small escort turbo inlet manifold will flow around 520bhp the 4x4 one around 460bhp and the 2wd around 430bhp.Yes t4's are fairly laggy, you could get a GT30 but i am not into roller bearing type turbo's personally. You would have to change the chip, some tuners will do you an off the shelf map for your spec to get you started and then take it to them for a final tweek.

you would want a -31 on the T4 but the -34 on the T34,i dont like being set via the actuator so best to use the amal valve via jetting or a 3 port bleed valve between actuator and compressor.
