Ebay Issue - need help tracing member
1stly has anyone heard of the Ebay name: WOODYAXGT
Real name is Aaron Wood from Wyton,Huntingdon Cambridgeshire......
Basically i won a set of S1 RST arches from him a month ago, paid him asap and asked him to post them urgently due to me having deadlines and trying to get my cabriolet finished by march 15th. He hasnt sent the arches.A week or so after i sent the cash, he sent me an email saying he was having trouble posting them, then 2-3 weeks later he sent me one saying his Girlfriend is in labor and his head is all over the place. Now, im not a heartless bastard and if he is genuinley having problems i would appreciate it if he kept me up-to-date a little more regular and try to post my arches up. I live nearly 130 miles away so it would be a total waste of my money (nearly £50ish) to drive down myself, however if it means i get the arches i will have to. Dont want to do this, i want to give him every opportunity to sort it out.
Just wondering does anyone here live near or actually know this guy to help me sort this out??

I would report him to EBAY and the Police. Similier happened to me in October 2006 and the bloke went to Court. Im finally getting my cash back in the next few months!!
I personally say if you haven't received the item after 2 weeks then you wont receive it at all! I gave the person in my case two seperate days, a week apart for my courier to collect the item and both times the courier was told "It has already been collected". Turns out the person had been reported for 3 other cases of non delivery, whilst taken payment!!
He also sold the item I purchased to his mate for more cash!!

i had the same crap with an rs turbo wiring loom,paid £200 instantly for it,waited,nothing,contacted the seller,got the reply from his wife that he had had a heart attack and was very unwell,i gave her the benefit of the doubt,then a few weeks later their ebay account was cancelled.they had 250 pos feedback aswell.bastards,hope he died.
