what size bike ?

looking to get a cheap mountain bike to use for work and to get rid of some beer gut ! but what size do i look for ?

i am 6' 4
inside leg is 36" (i think)

am 6'5 and ride a 18" 19" and 20" frames and find the 19" most comfortble
just go halfords thay got some good bikes and you cnt test ride them first
