The BBS look wrong on a djr car. I can't recall them ever being run on bbs rims.

DJR 1
DJR 2

Never run on the 7 spokes

DJR3 run on BBS till 89 then run late in the year on the 7 spokes

Most may not know that this car ( DJR1 ) , and ( DJR2 ) , were sold to trackstar for Rob Gravett and mike smith to run in british touring cars in 1989 / 90

Here is my car ( DJR 1 )




And this is ( DJR 2 ) Mike Smiths car , this is in my workshop being restored for a customer

There are 6 DJR sierras in total

1 and 2 came to the uk , the other 4 are all still in australia

I wasn't sure if it was djr1 or 2 that you have been doing resto on the rs500 forum but just realised the numbers are different.
Is Djr2 the one you have been doing for a while now or had you previously restored djr1?

I know there was a Texaco 500 for sale here in New Zealand a few months back. They wanted 265k NZD..

Well done on the purchase.. A real privilege to own these i reckon.
