Innocent until proven guilty, doesn't seem to apply - blokes charged with rape for example, named then acquited, what the fuck is that about?!
Unforunately it's all part of this fucked up country, like I was getting at earlier.
If you're a gay muslim immigrant (for example) be much better looked after than a born and bred Englishman, a lot of things are the complete opposite of how common sense would normally dictate.
If you kill a scumbag, one less of the fuckers around to terrorise people, seems fair enough to me.
Suppose these judges etc rarely see it first hand, not in touch with the real world, rarely if ever deal with it in their everyday lives.

Even if they new what they should do, they too scared incase it offends some dogoders somewhere (head banging smillie here)

And you right about the acusations of rape (Grr smilie here) wtf is that all about the blokes name published everywhere BEFORE anything proven, the bird even when found to have lied, identity still kept secret.
Whats that done for the guys reputation
Think Tabetha on here suffered something like this once, or mistaken identity at least

Fair play, im quite surprised at that, the witness statements must have been pretty overwhelming for the CPS to drop it totally.

Err why

If you read that article it dont even mention anything about "witnesses", it says the police recomended no action to be taken

Which is like I was saying all along, if there isnt any evidence to suspect foul play then there is no case to answer to, so no prosecution

Do you think their police made their mind up without any witnesses then? LOL

Mr Singh was freed on police bail after witnesses gave "consistent accounts" claiming Kilroe had attempted to rob Mr Singh.
