They take no chances now.

The NIP has an accompanying letter that directs you to a website. You login with the details, and it furnishes you with all the evidence required, before you even have to send the NIP back.

Bang to rights methinks!

Mine was Thames valley as well. I'll see if I can dig out the letter and who I sent it to, this was last August.

This was Wiltshire Police, so may well just be them that do it this way.....

lead_foot thanks mate, would appreciate that

RichardPON does seem like different forces do it differently. my sister in law uses my fiesta on a regular basis and i had a letter through with a link to a website where you could see pictures of her on cctv turning right at a no right turn junction. i think it's all good - if there is clear evidence of wrong doing, i'm quite happy to accept it. but as i said, i never do 45 in a 30 zone knowingly (or at least not in the middle of the day), so either i didn't realise it was a 30 zone as it is a section of dual carriageway in aylesbury, or the camera picked up a spurious radar signal (perhaps off the ridiculous spoiler on the back of the impreza )
