Default OFFROADERS!!!! DAIHATSU SPORTRAK?

Guys in the know (Mr Sharp maybe?) How do little sportraks do in the dirt, I'm getting one and fancy having a play since its been about 6years since I used to go off roading. Back then it was in a SWB series 2 landy on a coilsprung chassis with rover V8.
Might be some adrenaline off roading parts appearing! haha

picture should be on your phone waiting to be viewed. haha.
I need to have a little fun, its just to replace my corsa van, this can be used to collect my car trailer and tow body shells to the bodyshop, Then I dont need to use the old mans range rover all the time.

off roading is fun, but to do it properly you need propper 36" jacks, winch etc Used to have loads of kit but it all got sold. I just want a bit of fun and nothing serious so this should fine as it works as a daily driver.

We went on the off road track last year in Nurburg, it was a real scream, we went twice in one day, it was that much fun.

SJ are ok but abit weak once you put BIG wheels and tyres on

M8 has a SJ LWB and it has a 2.9 V6 in it
In the middle of fitting the Hilux Axels to it

Old one where we were putting the shell back on with my Winch from my Disco upto the rear arm of the JCB down to the rollcage on the SJ

Cutting off the old spring hangers ready for Hilux axel to be offered up (to move the spring hangers)

Cant beat a landy mate, especially if you want to do towing as well!!

heres mine i use for work. 4 ton winch, hiab, 2" lift, plate reinforced chassis.

only down side is theyre expensive to buy and run. mine as it is now would sell for 5-6K!!

older Jap Crap is ok like the old hilux. but the new Tart waggons are crap ie l200, hilux. ranger, navara.

if its purley for mud fun how about a little suzuki, cheap, and fits on a small trailer.
never wanted one personally but you have to admit this vid is amazing

My missus had a fourtrack for years. Was easy to service but was bloody thirsty.

It pulled her horse box easily with two horses in even up muddy hills.
