I wouldnt worry, these really intense medicals seem to be military, for private companies I'm sure they cant make you stand there and have a piss in front of them.
I took one for the largest car maker in the world and they just sent me off to the toilet with a stick to piss over, I guess it just shows up different colours for different drugs or something. the only thing people used to constantly fail on was the amount of alcohol in the system, it may be legal but some companies will only allow a certain amount at the time of testing, it was surprising how many failed who hadnt had a drink since say the weekend and the test was mid week!!

If you were to ring them and say something along the lines of 'i'm just calling about this drugs test, as the thing is i was at a party at the weekend and a couple of people there were smoking, could this affect me?'
You never know, they may say no it's fine. Especially if you give it the 'i don't condone drugs' speach or something. But at least then if they do find traces it's explained so to speak.

rang up and got an appt for next wk....i'm trying a million things to pass...i've eaten no carbs; working out and i've got a funky drink that stops the relese of toxins for 6hrs so you can piss clean (shit costs a bomb)
Things are looking up but I'm not out of the woods....I'm still probably gonna take some piss in with me insted to be sure...need to be 100% on this one.
