Who do I use to send a parcel to France and book online
I don't want to use Parcelforce as their customer service is really poor.

You can book online and then they subcontract to big companies like DHL to actually do the collection and delivery.
We've used them for the first time a couple of days ago to send a package to Norway so cannot really comment yet on the service, but have heard of other people using them.
