You might have read my thread the other day on my brothers mk3 1.1 fiesta that we're selling and i thought the head gasket had gone, well anyway, its back running with a new problem after i replaced the head gasket for no reason!

now its running realy badly, seems to be the vacuum pipe to the servo is loose in the back of the inlet manifold causing a really bad vacuum leak. you can wiggle the pipe side to side and in and out and the revs will change accordingly.
it seems to be a push in type fitting that is part of the inlet manifold? so i can't see a fix short of a new manifold.
has anyone got any suggestions or expeience with this problem bearing in mind it is a £270 rusty old fiesta that is supposed to be sold as of tomorrow morning
