Dave...
Buzz gun would be the best idea mate, and you will likely need a puller to get the pulley off once the bolt is out......DONT whatever you do hit it with anything, they are brittle as fook and it will snap like a carrot....
I`ve got a proper cosworth removal tool and a buzz gun if you can get it over to me....

long bar with a socket on it (6 sided if u can) just try and give it a quick sharp hard tug. it should go after a few goes.
there is a thing u can but that bolts to the block with teeth on it that locks up the flywheel.
or try and wedge the flywheel against something (block of wood or similar) and get some one to put some weight on it then try undoing the bolt
as for the flywheel similar ideas really, just gotta try and get it to stay still while u put some pressure on the bolts.
a impact air gun will rip them all straight out for ya if u know anyone with one.
good luck with it

assuming the head is still on yes?
pull the plugs and put lots and lots of string down the bores until they fill up
then belt the engine to a study bit of solidness, i've got a 150kg bench made of 3 inch angle iron which does the job brilliantly
then just turn the socket
the string will compress up until a point and then it will lock solid and the nut will come undone
