it only needs a 12v supply to the red and the main black.
whilst holding down both buttons on the unit apply the 12v,
if the unit is working the led will flash,
then go from there,

right just read all 3 pages and i have the button on the steering wheel and a little juck plug on the steering cowel so can just unplug the button and unhook when not working.....
and also it does make a very big diffference when doing full throttle gear changes as you are not shutting the tb to stall the turbo and as soon as i take my foot off the clutch i still have instant full boost.........no waiting for it to spool back up...

launches are brutal arent they
i even had the cav spinning all 4 with it,
then shat me self and dipped the clutch before
the txb came thru the floor

Also see A Dude from the Bedford track Day called Terry, he was in a 4dr Mk2 escort with cossie running gear loved it at Bedford as i did at the Pod

Dan has filled you in on most of the days going ons but i would just like to say when i suggested going to the POD mike was "why bother you will only break something" and "what’s the point your car will do 13.6" Blah Blah
Well on my first ever run had a EVO8 FQ3whatever revving up next to me and i thought shit im going to get my arse handed to me on a plate here rolled up to the lights revved the car up to the limit the lights went green and off i went
My number is 437 on the left BTW
My mate said you ran a 13.99 i was like Fcuk im never going to beat 13.6 but when i went and got the slip it was 13.099 was well chuffed
anyway after that i started messing about with the suspension making it harder and softer ect, missed 4th on my 4th run which was my worst of the day and i still ran a 13.6 "mike"

but anyway heres the one that maters
when i rang mike and was like i smashed 13.6 on my first launch he was like yeah well i did a 12.8 in my saph at your power and when i called and said i smashed that he was like well yeah i ran a 12.6 with 380 and rwd
talk about move the goal posts almost destroyed the car trying to get a 12.5 as i know the car has it in it but at the end of the day for some reason they put loads of water down which meant i was spinning all over the shop and when i tried to slow the launch down it was just bogging and then spinning
Its all good fun tho and i had a fantastic day really enjoyed myself and the Omex launch control is the titts i think the consistency of my times prove that don’t you?
Also for anyone who’s interested the car did a terminal of 108.22mph and a 1.77 to 60ft
im now off to bed as im fucked cant wait to see some of the pick the photographer got as when it was wet late in the day the car was crabbing all over the shop of the line

lawnsy if i limited my gear change to only say 6500RPM whitch was what i was launching at wouldnt i be slower as im not getting the full 7200RPM throttle?
leecavturbo what times are you geting and at what speed?
you need the LC on mate i know your car feels like its going to break but thats what they are for arnt they To go fast not break

Good to hear it worked
You have some nice 60fot times, about as low as it can get with 330kit
And yes you need to change gear at the limiter to fully use the power in each gear

and you run a 10.01@146 on slicks and 10.67@134 on street tyres thats fast!!

Dick I mean Chip i think the nitrous system and the progresive controler comes to more than a grand and it just so happend when i came up against him i was quicker off the line and got a faster time and beat him over the line so hayho but anyway you have to have a pop about my ford as the other cars a vauxhall after all
Is a super little car tho that Nova and its green just loved how simple it was, will you be taking yours to the Pod once its all done and finished? hows the Exhaust problem going for the track ect?

PMSL @ You rising to that when I was obviously yanking your chain.
Yeah I'll take mine to the pod once its done, but I doubt it'll be much quicker than that green one as mine is about 400kg heavier than that one, so even with the extra power, it wont have any better power to weight.
Exhuast should hopefully be ok for castle combe days, but is never going to get me out at bedford in it sadly
