spoted this last saturday in the carpark after a day on the slopes in laax

seemed all original, seats, stereo etc

mate of mine's dad has an all original mk1 1.1 that is half red half silver (secial edition i think) . Uses it every day, come rain or shine as it should be

Years ago I swapped a knocked off DTR125 for a mint mk1 rung out of its head Fester 1.1s,
I had never heard of a 1.1s, it had the added bonus of indicators in the front wings up where the corner piece of the bumpers are.

Had a couple of Mk 1 1300S Fiesta's years ago and were great little things, like go karts and handled superb, not exaclty fast but no slouch either. Progressed up to the XR2's then and had a mint black one, swapped it for a 1600 Sport Mk2 Escort then and was converted to rwd after that !!!!

off topic then, thats where my mate lives near but in france, 5mins from the airport.

whats the night life like in basel? going to get out there for a saturday night in a months time.
