Default Is the water pump cattle trucked.

OK, started the Cossie Puma for the first time today since it went back together. It has an alloy water tank by the top corner of the rollcage where it comes through to the turrets. The only way to fill the rad is via this tank but even when you start it up i cant get the level to drop by much.I've opened up the bleed valve on the thermostat housing but nothing is coming out even when running. So what's the crack lads.
