Hi Lads
just to let you know there will, NOTbe a T5 sequentail box
there might be a MT75 RWD SEQUENTAIL BOX INSTEAD same goes for the 4wd MT75
working on one at the min
Bara was going to do a Mullit big tooth striaght cut T5 but has changed his mind because not enough interest
if there were 5 people that wanted a big tooth striaght cut box then he might start making some
I think the best way to go for a modded RWD box is the TKO route and if someone like Martin is offering a conversion to fit it in your car then go for it
cheers marco

I have a gearbox man box in the dolly
I have had no issues with it changing gear even at 8700rpm
I have the standard forks and also
I have a hydraulic clutch set up which is thoroughly reccomended
My car recently made well over 640 hp atw
I have stepped of the clutch at 8300rpm on drag radials at the pod with no gbox woes but the tripple plate clutch didnt like it( the term explosion comes to mind)
The only issue i had with the box is when i missed 2nd gear and stripped it but since getting rid of the cable operated clutch its been perfect,
And i would also strongly reccomend an oil cooler .

do you have the std ratio box or the close one? I've got the std ratio box, not had any problems with it but only running 370ish.
I think Dingy has got the close ratio box in his car.

I had an issue with the gearchange when I first got it but changed the fluid to syth oil and it was fine.
I've not had any serious issues with it yet, I'm hoping it the close ratio boxs have the problems and the std don't.
If you pay for the mullit box for me I'll try it and let you know and I'll even lend you my CTS one whilst its out

As thats what you want why don't you just sort it out now rather than keeping asking for options as quite simply there is no cheaper way of doing it.
Drenth, Glebe, Quaife or Mullet sequential boxes are all going to be a LOT of money and as I said before they are a complete waste in a road car.
Its YOUR choice but as I first said the Tremec is the best option and it IS available.

Thats fair enough mate, I think MadRods box has been faultless with upto 1000hp being used at times
I know the ratios for the boxes have been posted before so someone on here has them, its a shame the search engine is so crap

Mines in and tested...its a bit tight on the down change but going up the box is now perfect....
Only at 1 bar of boost this was tested though, going to do some more tests today.
Thinking its a bit tight because of the rebuild
