mk1 escort panels needed and info on 1.3 super pics added
hi there ppl iv just brought myself a g reg mk1 1.3 super 1968 1 prevoius owner stored 10 years .i was wonderin if anyone new where i could get info on this car and panels fo it its in good condition looks .i got it for 1300 i du now if im keeping it yet .thanx how much ya think its worth did i get a good deal

I have a 1968 1300 Super, but mine is an F reg.
The pannels are all the same as the later mk 1s with the only differences to the later models being the front and rear suspension. It is getting hard to get Mk 1 wings now without paying a lot but everything else is freely avaialble. Buy a copy of Classic Ford and it will be full of advertisers with everything you need.
You should keep it as it looks like a good buy and you cant beat a Mk1 Escort

That looks like it's in better condition than the one my mate found a couple of months ago. As said the front wings are no longer available, you can get them on ebay but expect to pay £200 each
