now the little man is 3yr old a 3 door car is not a problem any more, but i can get the ST 3 at a very good price, prob the same as a decent low mileage RS, but im kinda un sure what to go for
Thanks in advance

The ST is a money looser, it is no more in my eyes than a Mondeo ST in terms of individuality
The RS is more agressive looking without looking like it backed into halfords, and more rare and will hold it's value, they seem to have levelled off now.
But, as a daily driver, I think I would be swayed towards the ST as it would be less of a taget and I imagine more refined to drive.
Depends what you want from the car and what return you want.

ST is the better car. But as said, will not hold value as it has the wrong two letters at the end of its title.
for what it is worth, I would buy neither, and get either an Esco.
