Ebay advice
i sold my bucket seats from my track car on ebay 3 weeks ago for £250 i put in the ebay add that they must be collected within 7 days of the auction end the first week after they sold the guy never got intouch untill the friday when i sent him my phone number ,then he txt me saying sorry he was working away and that he would be there the saturday after to pick em up he said in his txt im not a timewaster dont worry - so i waits till the sat after and he never gets in touch so i ring him hes like ok mate ive been busy ill pick em up 9 o clock the friday after by now im starting to get pissed off but i agree and say it has to be friday though hes like yeah no probs, i ring him yesterday(thursday)and he doesnt answer the phone so i leave answerphone message saying call me when you get the message i heard nothing all night so i ring him again and its answer phone straight away no ringing at all this time i txt him this morning saying come get em this weekend or im relisting them! im not sure whether to report him or not as it will take em two weeks as thats how long they leave it for after they contact the other person if not can i leave him bad feedback and just relist the item i dont want to wait as i could use the money for my track car, if i leave him bad feedback he can do it to me then as well and i have 100% good feedback. what does everyone think i should do?

Report him as a non payer but dont leave him a neg because he will only do the same back
You have to file a report so you can get a credit back for your listing fees and final valuation fees back.
He's had more than enough time so do and get them back on or you could send a "second chance offer" to the last highest bidder

start an unpaid item disput..if he doesent repond after 7 days you can close the disput..ebay refunds your fees..and you can leave him negative..any feedback he gives you will be removed by ebay
if he does respond to dispute he can leave you feedback unfortunateley
