Programs that give your PC a propper clearout

Top right click on "download latest version" http://filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/
Install it and open the programme and click "run cleaner" in the bottom right, it may take a minute or two since you have never used it before but just wait and it will delete shit loads of files your pc doesnt need, for a list of what it deletes have a look on the link.
Be aware though it will delete your cookies which means passwords and usernames on website will be delete and you will need to re-enter them all, so make sure you know them all
