Default BIG UP TF RALLYING and another rally question!

...i won a rear cossie bumper for £8 quid ..came next working day packed very well.....condition of bumper is good...but will be getting painted but atleast its in one piece unlike my one

..the question..i noted both my bumpers have a 13mm head bolt on the corners..i assume for quick release?...Is that normal...and is that generally how they are attached ie undo the bolts and pull bumper off?

Yep!, trusty old nut and bolt is far more secure than the old plastic clips.
