As you formatted your pc, have you installed your graphics card driver?

go to "start", then right click on "my computer" then go to "properties".

then choose the "hardware" tab then select "device manager"

this should show you a list of all the components in your pc. My graphics card appears under "display adapters".

Right click on your graphics card and select "update driver"

it should ask you if you would like your computer to connect to windows update to find the correct driver, i choose "this time only". On the next page, choose "install the software automatically".

Your pc should go online and search for te latest driver for your card. After it's installed, reset your pc and it shouldbe fine
