When you to the M25 (junction 2, the one after bracknell) turn left onto it so you are heading north, there are signs from there.

As above, follow the signs When you get to the big roundabout with the mini concorde and enter the tunnel where you cant change lanes, I'm pretty sure its best to stay in the left lane. As you've got all different directions for terminals when you come out in the other end. And there is a lot of lane swiching goining on...

there is no concorde there any more

it's been gone for years mate

ok, what are you going to go to t1 for?
pick up?
drop off?
holiday?
if you are going to park then make sure you take lots of money because parking is a fair bit

up the M3 to the junction with the M25 (junction 2 on the M3, junction 12 on the M25)
keep in the leftest hand lane when you get there
join the M25
carry on until you get to junction 15 (the M4)
the motorway will now be 6 or 7 lanes wide at this point
you need to make sure you stay in the 3rd lane as you go past junction 14 on the M25
follow this lane until you take the exit off the M25 and the road will go underneath the M4 first and then underneath the M25 as it first vears left and then loops aorund to the right
as you come onto the M4 there will be 2 lanes
stay in the outer lane you are in as this becomes a lane on the M$ and the left hand lane filters into this same lane
stay in this same lane and the next junction you come across will be the one you need to come off for for heathrow (junction 4 on the M4)
there is onw a rather over complicated roundabout you need to negotiate, but you basicly need to turn right
on the M4 heathrow spur road
there is a speed camer here and a bus lane so don't got caught on either on them
there are 3 lanes as you approach the end of this road
you need to be staying in the 1st lane, but be aware thatit will also split off onto the A4 (which you don't want) and it will also go into the secondary tunnel under the runway)
once you go under the tunnel the exit will give you 8 lanes to chose from, you need to decided which of the 3rd or 4th lanes you need to be in to go up to t1
and thenfigure out if you want to stay in the drop of area and drop off or park up and wait

you need a meaty sounding motor, second gear, giving it crusing and then beans and it saves the long trip to italy or switzerland to drive through tunnels all day long
