If a cosworth YB was to use a smaller twin plate clutch instead of the std 240mm 9" item what clucth would be recommended for use with it?
The clutch would be subject to clutch dumping and hard launches on a 330 bhp setup Im thinking about reducing rotational mass

Most available either cerametallic, or sintered, number of plates dependant on torque....

i have a triple plate AP for my new car, used a twin plate in the last car and had no worries what so ever - but it must be hydraulic actuation

cerametalic is a little more forgiving on the road.

cheers, they any more fragile than a std 6paddle 240mm clutch, if Im properly dumping the clutch to break traction is it anymore likely to die before a std item? At 33olb ft stg 3 conversion I will take a look at whats recommended
