yes i know its the wrong room.but i require a quick answer..ive just Connected the psp to my ps3 via usb lead to see what it does...AND IT DOES FUCK ALL

ps3 says i need to update the psp software its the 2.60 version on it now

i havent got a wireless router SO WHAT DO I DO

have not used the psp in about 10 months.so how do i update the software on it...

help please anybody

 

You need to connect it to your computer via a usb or wireless m8.

Register your PSP on: http://uk.playstation.com/psp/

and you can download the firmware updates. Some games come with the updates on the UMD if they have to have a certain firmware level before working.

my last update was the gta game the real umd disk ..so behind the times a bit

 

if you dont have a wirless router, do a search when youre at home anyway and see if you can find someones wireless connection without security

and obviously!!!.... make sure you get permission from the line rental payer
