Mk2's seem to go better than the Mk3 versions What advice do you need - little to go wrong really

as above:
mk2`s look better,
handle better
dont have the shyte EFi CVH motor,
dont rot as much ( In my experience as a ford breaker! )
parts ..... standard or uprated/race ........... are just as easy to obtain
mk2 is lighter by a lot i think?!

personally the mk2 is a better allrounder IMO.
only person who can decide is YOU mate!

stripped out mk2 with a carb`d CVH (not a turbo) or ZVH will have bags of torque for the track.

mk2 feels quicker and handles better on the road than a mk3 anyday!!!!!!!
EFiCVh`s are always "laggy" IMO.
there much more "simple" than a mk3!!!!!!

go get a mk2, do the right thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sean.
