Blank Alloy Wheel Drilling?

I've just bought a brand new tsw hockenheim,, but its a blank and hasn't been drilled for wheel nuts

I've been told to try Ian Jemison but there's no answer

Anyone else who could??

local machine shop should be able to

its only drilling around a pdc, was doing it at work today
