Saw a post on here about 6/7 weeks back about someone who got plates from the above company. So went to their site and ordered a set on line. Plates came about 2 weeks after. Trouble is they weren't the plates i ordered. I ordered the reg with the euro sign and IRL on the left (road legal) and they came with a cartoon dog jumping through the air with a dressing gown on!!! WTF So rang them and a woman who seemed surprised told me to send on a pic to a mobile number she gave me. Done that and waited for a reply....nothing rang again and got "Oh i couldn't down load it on my phone" And gave me another mobile number to send it on to. Done that and waited....nothing Rang back again after a few days when the correct ones didn't arrive to be told "he'll put them in the post today. Nothing came in the post so e mailed them about 4 times over a week and got no reply so mailed again last night and told them i'd post my experience of dealing with their company on a very busy forum i use. Reply !! telling me we'll gladly(being sarcastic) post on the Correct plates when you send back the other set!!! After all this time he tells me this. And i have to pay to post them back so he can chuck them in the bin, After they fucked up in he first place! As i live in Ireland it would prob be cheaper now for me just to go to a local motor factor and get a set made up.
Some of you may have got plates from them no problem first time but if anything goes wrong their customer service sucks!! A warning for you all!!

I think you should have hung when you were asked to text picture to a mobile! What kind of feckin company works like that?

Probably just best off sticking to the motor factors for plates

Occasionally slow at doing them but generally ok!!!!!!

If you send the incorrect ones back and they are found to be incorrect against what you actually ordered they should refund the postage and packaging without question.

Don't think this guy was planning on refunding me, At least he didn't say he was when i reared up on him that i had to pay for postage back. He saw the pic of hung kunk fookin foooye anyhow on his phone. As cfoster said i should've looked in the traders parts for sale section.
