just a ball park figure but i would have though 300+ easily and circa 350. thats when I would suspect the rods need doing.
As for the rest of the stuff it depends. Headwork/cams can be done at any time you wish. But i would predict rods/pistons to be good for 350ish.
Stand to be corrected though

engine is ok for 380bhp on std head, rods, pistons etc but you would need to change to bigger turbo, better intercooler, aftermarket ecu and mapping to get that far.
to get up to and past 400bhp you need to be looking at head work and cams for the extra bhp.

I've got one of the tuned SCC tuned FRS and mine is currently running 386bhp on a SCC spec gt28 turbo setup and custom Mike Gurney autronic sm4 ecu setup / map
However this power is right on the limit for the standard engines pistons rods, etc - to push past 400 safely you will need very good quality uprated pistons, rods as well as headwork, improved inlet manifold, etc - i would suggest Ian Howell for any headwork or custom inlet manifold - the bottom end however shouldnt require any work though - ideally cams should be uprated as part of the original batch of mods

Get a GT28 turbo on it, proper management and you will have alot of power for little money
