what power will i get out of my satandard t3 turbo on my saff without blowing it up on stage 3?

Depends entirely on

CHIP or MAP

Turbo condition

Engine condition.

Injectors

Gunship mapped on a good engine and with a good turbo it will last well and do 310ish

As a ballpark figure, I always consider that going over 300bhp will greatly shorten the life expectancy of the standard turbo if its then driven hard reguarly, as im convinced this involves some very high turbo shaft speeds.
Dont get me wrong, they WILL make over 300 though.

Mine made over 290 on a standard T3 and with an Armed Bayjoo gunship type chip - loads of usable torque and moderate power.

I would agree with this... I am sure Karlos always says its a matter of WHEN not IF they go... but then is the ideal time to get a T34 strapped on.

mine did 308.9 or something like that, but the boost has been increased since and is still running sweet
