Default Driving on Boost- what is Quicker?

Same car same track but diffo boost settings. What is quicker?
Running lower boost but driving hard out of the bends but with no/little wheelspin?
Or
Would it be quicker driving around the twisty sections but running higher boost and power sliding/ drifting harder out of bends?

Typically gripping is quicker than skidding, but it really does depend on WHICH same car and on WHICH same track.

Drifting is different to power sliding, F1 don't spin out of corners, nor does any other professional fast driver, lost traction is lost acelaeration ?

Slow in, fast out with no skidding or wheel spinning is always the quickest.
