1 for the ZVH owners,or folks in the know...
Ok,if i go for a 1.8,or 2.1 ZVH conversion...What else am i looking at,bar buying a built bottom end???
What turbo?
Do i need to do anything to the head?
What chip?
What injectors?
And anything else you can think of,off the top of your heads???
Cheers in advance..

depends how mad you want to go?
but you could just bang on a t3 & run it on standard management if you liked?
or you could go the mad route of custom manifolds, gt turbos, expensive management etc etc?
its up to you

as smit says, how mad do you want to go..
My bottleneck is the 2.5" bore from turbo, restricting the breathing, and the turbo needs to be a .63 t34 with cut back blades, and exhaust a 3".
I would see a reliable 320+bhp and the high 300's with torque.
But then, what else will break

It Wasnt Me!
I'd go ZVH, better bottom end amongst other things to start with, and not much dearer to build if your not wanting to go mental
I know a couple of water or oil ports need blanking of to meet the CVH head but not sue what ones or on the block or the head.

My old 2.1 ZVH setup was a t3 turbo with .63, Green Weber IW 031 330ccmin Injectors (flow lots more than Beiges) and a 2.5 Bar Map Sensor running on OFAB.
Thats a pucker setup and will see you well over a real 230 bhp.
P.S and all for sale https://passionford.com/forum/viewto...asc&highlight=
