Default Help needed on computer prob!!!

I have a program called shop nav(search engine) that keeps on cutting into my internet explorer when i try and open some programs
How do i find this program and delete it???

Go into Control Panel, then Add/Remove programs, then see if it's there to uninstall, if not, then go into My Computer, then the hard disk C:, then into program files and look for it

can not find it in either of them locations
Could it be part of a differently named program??

i would have said the same as dan but u could try clicking on the for files thing which is on ur start up bar, type the name in and see what it comes up with,hope u have some joy mate
