We ordered some food via the internet, after 1 and half hours we were still waiting for it to be delivered, so we rang up and complained. 5 mins later the food turns up and its stone cold! Their shop is only 7 miles away, anyone else think its crap service?

We tried Pizza Hut online the otherweek, placed order, paid for it online (said we had to on orders over £20) and then waited. And waited. And waited some more. hour and a half later we rang up, had to ring 4 times as it just rang and rang and rang. Eventually got an answer and was told their systems had been down since early afternoon and no food was being made or dispatched. Complained, and asked for another branch to send it, and was told that wasn't allowed

Got a refund - but it took 5 days!

They are rubbish, last time we ordered the guy rang up after 45 minutes to confirm where we were and said he was 2 miles away, 30 minutes later our cold Pizza's turned up

i got a stuffed crust from pizza hut the ova day and half of cust was burnt complained and had another one sent asap , delivery is pretty quick here though, dominos and pizza hut both within 10 min walk lol

I ordered a large pizza and 2 mini garlic breads they said with you in 45 mins sir, So i get an important phone call on the landline think fuck me the pizza should have been here 45 mins ago so i ring em up they said we came out but couldnt find you its cold now so we'll re make it and it will be with you asap,

Hate all these branded pizza places. Find a good local pizza shop is your best bet. I live in the middle of no where and the one in the village is second to none and know what customer service is.

i once ordered dominos which took over 2hrs to appear.

After 1hr i got annoyed, phoned dominos who assured me dinner wld b 5 mins.

After 5 mins, it hadnt arrived, so i phoned elsewhere, got my dinner within 45 mins (dominos hadnt turned up yet) and was eating it when they appeard.

told them to ram it, sent them packing, emailed head office and got offered a free meal. told them to stick it, cos id only wanted fed that night, couldnt be arsed waiting 2hrs for dinner again (id rather theyd have had a word with their staff...im not interested in freebies. when am hungry am hungry lol)

Never used dominos since, and that was 4yrs ago

always pick mine up, get it cheaper and normally get a free garlic bread or something like that. That and they wont deliver to our estate

i worked at dominos for 12 months and the guys at the one i worked in were shit hot if an order left the more than 20mins after being taken they got a free bottle of coke on the driver mainly so it gets sorted quick like
