Managed to 'see' it on Parcelforce Website, but thats about it.

Just says that it left the US on the 10th, doesn't look like it'll be here in time for Xmas.

Ups can proper sting you on import tax and handling fee's so be aware. very aware. Last thing I ordered was a hat that went from a 30 dollar hat to a £50 hat

If there is duty to pay you will get a letter from Farcel Porce telling you how much is due, before they will attempt delivery. You can pay in advance online.

If the duty seems way out as above, you can challenge it.
Sometimes they read the dollar value as Pound value by mistake, and if there is no value stated for shipping charges they will put on a "realistic" (way over the top) value then apply tax to it.
