An rs 500 8 injector setup, Complete inlet (No injectors) engine bay loom & ECU?????
Want it for my car but my mates told me to make him an offer! Dont want to offend him!!!!
Anyone now what its worth????

depends how clued up he is, he might have got it cheap from someone who didnt know what they had, and might not know partially himself.
worst thing he can do is tell you to fuck off, then you increase your bid.
1k is a decent price for the loom/ecu aswel.
have you considered 4 large injectors and swedish plenum?

I'd have thought you dont need the ECU
Its just a L1 isn't it??? Any decent mapper should be able to map a L6 with a chip to run 8 inj surely???

Even at (say) £ 800.00 it's not really good value........
You could use a late Es Cos (EEC IV) plenum with 10mm spacer, 4 x 750 or 900cc injectors, a bog standard L8 ECU and get an MSD or NMS live map ALL for about the same money and that "bling" RS-500 set-up.

Sorry fella's been busy,spoke to him & offered him the £750............he went a bit quiet & said he'd hoped for more around £1200 as the inlet was complete 
He said to leave it with him til later?
Cant blame him tho its christmas he needs the money more than i need a cheap inlet!!!!
