nights is spot on, nobody around which is ace (not for taking the piss but just nice not having gaffers wandering around)
Enough time in the day to get decent shut eye and still have enough of the day left to do whatever you need to do.
worst shift for me, days and afters, hate getting up at 5am for days and hate hanging around to go to work in the morning on afters, all you do is come home then go to bed ready for the next shift
Nights rock, plus because most gaffers think its a horrible shift they usually pay loads more and let you finish early on a friday
