STUPID MOTHER ****ING TURBO PROBLEM (help)
Getting really pissed off now.
trying to do a simple task like swapping a T3 for a T34 has taken hours already
I need to remove the bracket for the RS500 turbo damper from the old unit and fit it to the new one but cant for the life of me shift the bolts (marked by red arrows in the pic)
Ive soaked it in wd40, heated it up with a blowtorch, everything but the fuckers wont go!!
how do I shift them. failing that where do I get a new bracket from? (before I just go kill myself )

use a SINGLE hex ring spanner (or socket if you have the access)so as not to round the head off, and put a nice big long extension tube over your breaker bar or spanner,(don't use ratchets they WILL break) such as half a scaffold bar or somthing similar, with reasonably thick walls , brace the turbo as best you can on the floor on a bit of wood or in very large vice (remeber you are trying it stop it turning against the bolt, not crush it in the vice ) and with a mate standing on the turbo or braced against somthing you should be able to get them off but for the sake of £12 it might be a better idea to buy another bracket to save trashing a turbo

think its gonna be better to buy a new one, of the 4 bolts I have to remove only one of them can I get a ring spanner on, the others have to be open ended.
there is no room for a socket or impact driver etc and the force already applied to it is obscene anyway
So it looks like its time for a new one, anyone got turbo dynamics number?
