If you're lucky beating a socket on will do it, may take a few attempts/sockets.
A chisel and lump hammer may help - loosens thread, and spreads head so socket beat on is a tighter fit.
One set broke the heads off doing this, so a 13mm drill bit nice and slow until you reach thread - remainder of head falls off, wheel comes off, stud winds out by fingers.
Tyre places have reverse thread sockets that sometimes work, depends what metal bolts are.
