Who designed the Gold Member logo?

I'm interested to find out as I need a bit of help designing something similar.

Search for a thread that had a competition type thing for it. There were a few different designs posted up. Can't remember whos one it was that won though

I tried searching for it, but had no joy, even looked through Pet's old posts to try to find it, but again, no joy either!!
