Default delayed injector timing?

on the MIS manifolds when you have a duel injector setup one set of injectors are further away from the inlet valves than the other so how do you compensate for this time lapse,
if you run, for instance a set of 800cc injectors and a set of 1000cc injectors and you get near the duty cycle of the 800's then you start to add the 1000's at a certain ramp BUT they are further away so does this cause some phase related time issues?? if your cam duration is a fast ramp up and down to keep the valves closed longer

is the injector pulse of the 800's delayed a few Ms to compensate for the distance of the 1000's from the head?

does it not matter????
