well for all the wait it's crap a shite box train and as for paris thats twice as bad as i remember it, 12 euro a pint wherever you go food is crap and over priced and as for the french you can shove the lot for me. i spent a grand for 2 nights and travel and it's crap worst place i'v been ever, i can't think of a good word to say about a wasted wkend roll on jan 27th when i'm off to live down under friendly folk nice weather and a shit load more to offer than the crap we have to put up with in the uk

if you spent £1k and only stayed two nights, and had a fwe meals you have been done my son

I went with the Mrs last year, stayed in 2 cracking hotels, ate lovely food for the weekend, bought a fair amount of booze back and spent nowhere near £400 Just search around and don't go for the tourist options, look for where the locals are staying and eating _we did drove via the tunnel , but still a great trip
