My polish mate is good buddies with mariusz, i didnt believe a word he was saying till he got a phone call from him, could have been anyone so i was still a little dubious untill i went to his house and he had loads of pictures of them together and then it kinda got through......

Some of the stuff that he tells me about mariusz and their mates in poland make some of the dodgy shit that goes on in uk look like child play.....fucking nutters the lot of them.........

Back on subject mariusz is a man mountain and the best out there.....

Never hear or see much of Glen Ross these days, he used to be among the best of them for long enough and all. Think hie weight maybe started to effect his performances as he did get seriously big !!! Think he was around the 30st was he not !!!

Shame he retired from strongman but good to see he's still involved(in the shape of a ref) looks like he still trains though, his arms are bigger than some of the contestants

yeah, he was on tonights programme. Still looks in good shape. He always looked spot on. A lot of them can't seem to avoid getting at least a bit of a gut, but he was always so toned

Mariusz is something else though, sensational

I dont think it was the normal Atlas stones set up, i.e progressively lower as the weight adds on, it was the same height all the way through, he just didnt manage it thats all, but since he's so evenly balanced for all events he can afford to not quite finish an event or two
