Why is the Games room gold member only, if the threads that SHOULD be moved to that section can't be

I saw a thread that was blatantly obviously relating to Gaming, so moved it to the correct forum (as far as I was concerned) .

maybe the games in the games room that are for the gold members could be put as sticky's in the contributors discussion room ???
