Just popped out and on my way back a see some flashing blue lights in the distance, anyway as we got closer it was a black blob eye sccoby with tinted windows all round and about 5 flashing lights at the front and 2 HUGE ones at the rear, pulled over a jag by the looks of it why so many lights it would scare the shit out of anyone

This was a few years back (2004) outside our house. Never did find out what the driver did, but we also had the 2nd police-liveried scooby just out of shot. That one was driven by the old police EscCos driver from the 90's.
