airbag light flashing on mk 2 mondeo

ive been told its a common fault you have to disconect a plug and blow the dirt from it its located in the car somewhere? any ideas lads?

under the front seats, the wires to the seat belt pre tensioners cause the problems

Once fixed, you will need to reset the fault code log which can only
be done with dedicated Ford servcie equipment (or equivalent)
