I want to make a decat for my car, like shown below:

Theres no way im paying £100 for a bit of pipe. does anyone know where i can get the flanges at the ends, the end with 3 bolt holes in is okay as thats flat and i can make that, whereas the other end is a really weard shape. Anyone know whether people sell these bits?

i did think about chopping them out my cat but i wouldnt be able to use it come mot time then.

Make a template from your cat flanges and cut them out of steel plate!

 

^ i could do that for one side, but the other side is really tricky as it curves in..if you get what it saying.
